Guiding The Young Generation

Kindergarten will pave the way for further learning during the elementary years, it’s important to find a school curriculum that is comprehensive, and also engages and motivates your child.

Kindergarten program will:
  • Provides a comprehensive curriculum that correlates to all state standards.
  • Provides plenty of opportunity for students to practice and achieve mastery.
  • Assesses students periodically to gauge understanding of content.
  • Allows flexibility so that students can work at their own pace in order to fully understand concepts and material.
  • Includes activities that help students build important critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Mathematics : A child absorbs maths first by understanding concepts such as more and less, one and many, through touch and fill (sensory) experiences and visual identity fictions. In the 3 primary years, the child works with materials that involve tracing numbers, learning symbols, numbers sequence, number system, place value system, addition, multiplication, subtraction and more.
  • English : To learn English or any language, the child learn to listen, speak, read and write. The first step to attaining mastery of any language is to develop a good vocabulary. This sets the base for building of phonetic understanding of sounds in words and then extends to a comprehensive of reading and writing. The child first learns all concepts via playing with our scientifically designed materials in the lab. Then, learning is completed via books and classroom activities.
  • Environment Science (EVS) : Learning various topics in environment studies helps children gain knowledge about their surrounding and ways of life. At first they are introduce to concept like; all about me, food and nutrition and animal and plant kingdom; to provide a solid foundation for understanding EVS. These concepts are design to guide children into in-depth concepts of science and social studies in the later academic years. The child first learns all concepts via playing with our scientifically designed materials in the lab. The EVS materials in the lab include cards, puzzles and games to enable understanding for the child. Then, learning is completed via books and classroom activities.
  • Sensorial :To make sense of the world around us, children need to learn colours, shapes and sizes. They use this information to classify and develop further understanding about elements in the environment. Learning these elements through sight and touch makes the sensorial way of learning easy and fun for children. These foundations build a strong base for them in subjects like science, mathematics and logical reasoning.
  • Art and Craft : Art and craft activities are an excellent creativity outlet for children and a great form of self-expression. A key physical skill that improves through art activities is fine motor skills. Along with fostering creative development, children also use various muscles in their fingers, wrists and hands while engaging in art and craft activities. Most activities can be done in multiple ways, allowing children to explore the various options of creative expression.
  • Vocabulary Enrichment : Vocabulary building is a fundamental building block of learning any language. This vocabulary enrichment book contains pictures with names, scenic pictures, rhymes, picture stories and planned conversations. The activities in this book will help children to build connection between them and the numerous things that surround them. The book will also encourage them to express their ideas and share their stories more confidently.
  • My Lab Record : supervised play based education in groups and individually is particularly important during this age range to nurture and develop the child’s innate abilities and capacities of curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, cooperation, teamwork, social interaction, empathy, compassion, inclusiveness, communication.

Our Activities

Art and Craft

The art and craft activities help children to express their curiosity and creativity. The craft activities are easy to complete and children can take them up with little adult supervision.

Colouring

Colouring in early years is a critical pre writing skill and one of the most engaging ways to improve grip as well as strokes and help improve the fine motor and hand eye coordination skills.

Tracing Letters and Numbers

Children learn the basics of writing like how to place the book in front of them, how to move fingers while forming a letter or number and connecting the letter symbols on the paper.

Rhymes

Learning and singing rhymes boost confidence in children. The rhymes are structured perfectly to develop auditory skills such as discriminating sounds which helps in speech development.
